The Staff at Saunders is Awesome. I left a message and received a call back in a Very Short time.

I explained my issue and Rob said to "Drop it off". I left my laptop with Sarah, at the front desk. I received a call from their Lead Tech, Charles, shortly after and explained what had happened. He contacted me the next afternoon, said he had locate the issue, cleaned the Registry and would have it ready for me the next morning. I pick up my laptop and it has been running GREAT. Great Service, Great People, Friendly, Helpful and Excellent Customer Service. I'd give them a 12, on a scale from 1 to 10! Thanks to All.
